Pre game day of 30 diet plan

Well tomorrow i start my diet. am 5'11 at 179 lbs with 9.5 % percent body fat.
This is not average my friends i worked hard in the gym to be where am at..
I mean heavy lifting here, injury there, gained fat and lost muscle too.. but am finally in the right direction.
This diet will consist of eating minimum fats and carbs sodium as possible. I've learned to count my calories, its the only way to loose that last percent of fat. If you are struggling with that last area of fat by your lower abs this is the diet plan for you. At the end of my day i will list all that i have eaten through out the day i will include videos also of each meal i devour for a great cause. Peak fitness that i desire, once i have my goal in my hands i don't know what goes after but i bet alot of doors will open for me as they will for you as long as you follow your diet, be demanding of your own body, take control, look towards your new gains and progress. you must have a goal to reach some one to impress a next level to go to, or giving up half way will be so easy, trust me ive done so many times.. My day will consist of 25 grams of protein per meal idk how many meals ill intake as long as i am awake i will eat very 2 hours to keep my body's metabolism on check and fat burning. I will drink water all day and water only the only time i will consume extra calories sugars and carbs but less sodium is before the gym and that when i am spiked, when ill take all that energy and put it to use ill eat lean meats, protein shakes, almonds and veggys and complex carbs. I will also go jogging hrs before the gym if the day is beautiful. And the good thing is that i am not aloe 2 of my buddys decided to take this challenge with me for 1 month we've decided to all dorm in the same house use the same equipment and intake the same amount of protein and cardio and see what the results are how our bodys react and whose gunna win the loose your fat contest lol

How to avoid a any point speeding ticket and fine

Hey guys, i was pulled over like a month ago and it was an emergency my mom was bleeding with a swollen infected eye out of no where so i was rushing her to the hospital n thats where the state trooper cought me.
I gotta admit i was in a candy orange car 97 prelude with a loud exhaust, the car looks like it always racing even when parked. But anyways, the state trooper sed i was going 30 over wich is a 5 point ticket and 400 dollar fine. Am pretty sure everyone on the parkway goes over 55mph wich its the speed limit. He checked my license n all, and sed i can see why you are speeding but its not an official vehicle to go at that speed so he inspected my car delaying time to get to the hospital and sed ill let you go give me you phone number and depending on how i feel ill call you and tell you if ill give you the sitations. Well no call 2 weeks later i got 2 tickets 1 for speeding 30 over and 1 for small crack on the windshield. I google and googled how to get out of the ticket vecause i dont want 5 points or have an extra 400 dollars to just give. So i found out about MOTION OF DISCOVERY. That right there if u go up tothe prosecutor and instead of pleating guilty u ask for the motion of discovery u get a copy of detailed information of how the cop measured ur speed by radar or laser or by assuming, if he dosent have 1 your case will be dismissed and you wont have to pay or get points. :) i just got my case dismissed because when u hire a lawyer this is what thy ask for first, an dats how they make those 500 to 1000 dollars of you so i hope you guys can use this info to your advantage and call out thy card on the prosecutor

50% cotton 50% polyester show your muscle

Hey guys i got a great tip for you that i use and me and my friends use.
either 50% polyester with cotton shirts or 100% polyester shirts  are the stretchy kind,
for some odd reason they make my shoulder definition more noticeable! I wont say it makes my arms look bigger but it sure does bring out the definition, i have abs and sometimes u can see the outline of them through the shirt specially if its a v neck t shirt like a white one or a light color one :) its a good way to motivate your self if you start seeing results and trust me you will get compliments and it will help with your motivation it has helped me. Well the point of this short story is that i prefer to wear 50/50 cotton and polyester because its not only comfortable because its stretchy material but it makes me look great and there very in expensive u can buy them almost anywhere and you can order a bunch of the internet and then have em costume made at a mall or store with what ever you want them to say.
I hope you guys try this out for men or woman am pretty sure the curves will show or the muscle, so i hope this tip helps you guys out like it has to me and my friends

New to Body Building?

Hey guys and girls, my name is angel and i used to be a pretty skinny dude.
I just want to share how i gained muscle and unfortunately FAT due to lack of research and unhealthy foods.
I never paid a personal trainer because i dint have money and they always wanted alot per hr.
I went to a gym by myself and did everything wrong, as many of you do and are in my past situation  no knowledge of how to do it easy and inexpensive :)
WELL I WANT TO SHARE MY GAINS FOR FREE  :) theres no need to write a book and sell it or dvd and what not.
I will soon start making youtube videos of what to do if you are a starter like me, WHATS THE FASTEST WAY POSSIBLE TO REACH YOUR GOAL
for now ill write them down here for you guys my profile pic is what i currently look like now but i wont stop there. i will reach my goal wich pretty much is almost impossible for people who dont have an imagination MY GOAL IS THIS

I kno, you think steroids or iunno what illegal things u have to do to get there well i will find a clean way to do so and share it lol well something more realistic is this

Building Muscle and Getting Ripped 101

1. Start lifting weights 1 hour to 90 minutes is good enough counting warmups, and rest.
2. Rest at least 1 or 2 days a week
3. Stay on a caloric deficit so don't overeat  usually 2,000 calories a day is good.
4. For faster muscle growth eat lean meats things like fish, chicken breast, steak, tuna, egg whites 1 or 2 yolks
5. For burning the last 10 pounds of fat try eating low sodium and drink distilled water and do a little extra cardio for faster results.
6. Eat good fats things like peanut butter, almonds, nuts, olive oil, cottage cheese good brand cottage cheese taste better and avocados are good
7. Believe me studys show the when you listen to your favorite song while you are working out you get atleast one more rep out of your set wich is effective when you want results like  i do :)
8.working out with a buddy is a great way to motivate each other and a spotter is needed for faster gains and results. You want to do each set with a failure at last rep! thats telling ur body, hey! we need to get stronger man so by next time ull be able to do one more!
9. I cant express this enough! please use proper form itll help you be more symmetrical, less chance of an injury, and better muscle use!
10. WATER WATER WATER, drink this god given gift and as u drink water u loose fat! not alot but a little bit of everything being contributed towards 1 cause adds up to a great strategy
