Pre game day of 30 diet plan

Well tomorrow i start my diet. am 5'11 at 179 lbs with 9.5 % percent body fat.
This is not average my friends i worked hard in the gym to be where am at..
I mean heavy lifting here, injury there, gained fat and lost muscle too.. but am finally in the right direction.
This diet will consist of eating minimum fats and carbs sodium as possible. I've learned to count my calories, its the only way to loose that last percent of fat. If you are struggling with that last area of fat by your lower abs this is the diet plan for you. At the end of my day i will list all that i have eaten through out the day i will include videos also of each meal i devour for a great cause. Peak fitness that i desire, once i have my goal in my hands i don't know what goes after but i bet alot of doors will open for me as they will for you as long as you follow your diet, be demanding of your own body, take control, look towards your new gains and progress. you must have a goal to reach some one to impress a next level to go to, or giving up half way will be so easy, trust me ive done so many times.. My day will consist of 25 grams of protein per meal idk how many meals ill intake as long as i am awake i will eat very 2 hours to keep my body's metabolism on check and fat burning. I will drink water all day and water only the only time i will consume extra calories sugars and carbs but less sodium is before the gym and that when i am spiked, when ill take all that energy and put it to use ill eat lean meats, protein shakes, almonds and veggys and complex carbs. I will also go jogging hrs before the gym if the day is beautiful. And the good thing is that i am not aloe 2 of my buddys decided to take this challenge with me for 1 month we've decided to all dorm in the same house use the same equipment and intake the same amount of protein and cardio and see what the results are how our bodys react and whose gunna win the loose your fat contest lol
